Project Result 2 Development of the i-Coach Training Toolbox

It includes both a theoretical part of the learning content and a  practical part of the training materials, which will consist of different exercises, interactive content and case studies showing examples of successful internship programs already delivered and implemented by SMEs.

Project Result 2 aims to elaborate the i-Coach Training Toolbox leading to the ECVET profile of the “i-Coach Expert”. The main input is the final deliverable from project result 1, the i-Coach Skill Set Report, which will provide the necessary skills and competences to be reflected in the i-Coach Training Toolbox. Apart from the theoretical part of the learning content, there will also be a practical part of the training materials, which will consist of different exercises, interactive content and case studies showing examples of successful internship programs already delivered and implemented by SMEs (PR1/A1.1).

The Toolbox will be developed as an Open Educational Resource (OER) in accordance with the Erasmus+ program rules, and will be available through a specifically developed e-learning platform for at least 5 years after the project end.
The Toolbox will reflect the national specificity of each partner and will be contextualized in order to meet the specific curriculum demands of the partner countries. The structure of the training content in this result will be decided based on the findings already identified in the previous result. Thus, one of the innovative aspects is that the collection of case studies in the area of Work-Based Learning on national level will be transformed and used with the necessary improvements to make an impact and increase the relevance of the training content quality. In addition, through project result 2, partners will create a unique environment for blended learning that will contribute to acquisition of skills and competences, and their use in real work situations.
