THE i-COACH COLLABORATION MODEL

The final outcome of the project

Its main goal is to

  • Testing the quality and functionality of the i-Coach training course
  • Testing its impact on the end users
  • Providing insights for the i-Coach Collaboration Model

This will be achieved by a dedicated set of piloting actions with the specific purpose of asking the participants i.e. end-users, to generate feedback regarding the effectiveness and the functionality of the i-Coach Training Toolbox.

At least 15 people per partner (105 in total) will take part in the national piloting actions of the i-Coach Training Toolbox. Participants will be invited to share their overall experience and satisfaction level from participating in the piloting activities and provide recommendations for improvement. All data captured via the piloting actions will be used to further improve, adapt and prepare the training course for the creation of the i- Coach Training Toolbox final version. These steps are considered to be of high importance, as they are the final attributes necessary for the creation of the i-Coach Collaboration Model Report which will be based on the triple helix model of innovation and will become an important milestone in building quality internship opportunities and ensuring a set of interactions examples between industry, university and government.
