Project Result 1 | Design of the i-Coach Expert Skill Set Profile
This Result represents the foundation on which the following Project Results will be laid upon.
Via a mapping process, the partnership will investigate and explore all relevant factors which will lead to the successful creation of the i-Coach Expert’s Profile i.e. what characteristics, knowledge, skills and competences should the i-Coach Expert possess. This will be achieved by the active involvement of representatives of the target groups (PR1/A1.1) which are of crucial importance as they are those who will help define key points to be considered during the first project result activities.
Furthermore, this result is meant to provide the partnership with first hand information i.e. reveal issues which are not otherwise visible via systematic research, including specific national needs to be considered during the development of the i-Coach Expert’s profile.
Doing so will empower partners to define the most genuine design of the i-Coach Expert profile and create a training toolbox for such a profile (Project Result 2).
